ANOTHER KICK IN THE TEETH BY THE EU

What the hell are our bloody politicians up to?

Sooner or later, people will realise we really don't have the power any longer to run our own country. Until we are out of Europe it matters not who is in Westminster, because the unelected commissioners in Brussels are in charge! here's the proof...

Yesterday, we ‘the once Great Britain, were told by the European Court of Human Rights that mass murderers, that we; the good men & women of the British jury system, had found guilty of mass murder, and our legal system had decided to lock up for life, should be given a second chance because it deemed to have breached their human rights.

The European judges ruled by 16 to one there had to be a review of the sentence and the possibility of a release. So, according to these so called ‘judges’ the murdering monsters have more rights than the victims.

If our useless politicians don’t stand up and tell the EU and the ECHR that we totally reject their ruling and despise their interference into our long-standing justice system, they might as well all resign and hand all their constituencies over to Brussels.

Another day, another insult by the EU to British Citizens.

It’s time we were out!

  1. UK Politicians get away with a multitude of comments, practices etc which usurp Human Rights.
I do not agree with most of what the EEC control however this campaign to bale out of Human Rights with a re-constructed Human Rights by many UK politicians would open the gates in the uk for much more political sleaze corruption, misrepresentation, devious acts and deception allowing a further despotic administration to emerge in the House of Commons and Councils.
A restructuring of a UK created Human Rights ! but who would it benefit in a wider sense,it would be created primarily to strengthen the political
    administrators role in society.
Do you think that we would get an input into any new Human Rights laws,no we would not,it would be a political campaign to ditch the EEC legislation and without any
consultation would grant the top scoundrels in the Commons an absolute
personal charter for themselves and a further destruction of our present extremely fragile democracy.
Think carefully before you leap because for instance would blogging
facilities be removed in the UK ????

    1. So we need to be part of the ECHR to protect us from our own politicians?

      How ironic.

Or is it time we used the ballot box to clean up our politics?

Looks like UKIP is the only option left.

  2. I despair at our reluctance to tell the ECHR where to stick their decisions on what we should do with OUR criminals. The sooner we are out of the EU the better for us all.

Murdering scum such as Brady, Cregan et al should be put in a 6' x 6' cell with a bed, a toilet and a washbasin. They should have their meals pushed through a small opening and have no verbal contact with anyone for the rest of their days. In other words a living death.

Unelected foreigners TELLING US how to manage our affairs. That's what the main parties all WANT despite weasel words on referendums.
We need a NEW PARTY in power that represents the British people.
The three main parties are wilfully blind to what the vast majority of British people think on the issues of the EU and immigration. It remains to be seen what they're going to do to counter the rise of UKIP.
In a few years it will be too late, as the ongoing massive demographic changes that are immigration and immigrant reproduction rate led, will have supplied a malleable, non-British electorate who will vote, not in the best interests of a nation they don't care about, but in their own easily bought selfish, narrow interests.
The clock is ticking for the survival of Britain as a recognisable entity.

  4. People who commit murder should have no human rights, end of story.

  5. "Another day, another insult by the EU to British Citizens."

Once again, basic factual errors. The ECHR is a completely separate institution to the EU. If we left the EU we would still be bound by the ECHR.

  6. Mr Anonymous,

"If our useless politicians don’t stand up and tell the EU and the ECHR that we totally reject their ruling"

I think, if you re-read my comments; I made the point that albeit it's the ECHR not the EU, the principle of judges from another country dictating who, what and when, to our justice system is simply not on!

  7. Your headline for this story was "Another Kick In The Teeth By The EU".

Describe for me, if you will, how the EU was responsible for this particular kicking?

  8. Watching Gwynne at the right hand of Andy Burnham in the Commons baying like a banshee and nodding like a demented dog trying to blame anyone other than themselves for Tameside Hospital turned my guts.
My opinion of our local outstanding hypocrite MP
cannot be shown on this site for the language involved.
The created deaths at Tameside Hospital have been happening for years under Labour, and Gwynne should be banned from Tameside for his direct and constant complicity in the the disgusting treatment given to Tameside people.
Such MP`s are a serious danger to our community and they should be discarded from any administration.
But what do you expect from someone who failed the 11 plus and has never had a responsible job.

  9. Let those who have suffered stress, heartache, and the deaths of adults, the aged and children be given unmoderated columns on blogs through gross negligence at Tameside Hospital
for which the Hospital paid £30 million in compensation.
We have a right to be offensive and abusive because the dead cannot return to show their own anger.
Legal codes should be carefully watched, but those families still suffering are perfectly entitled to be offensive towards the large Labour cartel entrenched in all Tameside organisations and the Councillors,MP`s and PCT`members acted as supporters of the status quo regardless of their present claims of "not me guv"

  10. LFI + MP = GOOD TIMES7/20/2013 9:11 pm

Everything said about our appalling elected and unelected local rulers is ture and more, but the pathetic and apathetic 75% of Tamesiders who can't be bothered to vote let alone take even a cursory interest in the chronic maladministration in their borough are the ones REALLY to blame.
