Due to tragic events in Algeria, David Cameron has decided
to postpone his EU speech.
Mr Cameron would rather remain in the country to monitor the
situation in Algeria, where terrorists have killed and captured a number of British
nationals.
Regular readers will know I am no great fan of the Coalition
and feel let down by David Cameron and if asked, would vote to leave the EU,
but on this issue he was quite right to put his speech on hold.
